Jennifer Lopez is no stranger to reality television: She’s made cameos on Fox’s “American Idol” and MTV’s “DanceLife,” which she produced, about six aspiring dancers struggling to make it.

But this time, the full attention will be on J.Lo.

Lopez has signed on to star in an unscripted series for TLC following the stylish actress-singer-dancer-businesswoman as she juggles her career with mommy duty.

Lopez, 39, who has three fashion lines, is also an executive producer on the TLC program, which will show the star launching a new fragrance to add to her collection of namesake perfumes.

Lopez said: “I’m looking forward to sharing this exciting journey together.”

The diva is the latest in a long line of celebs venturing into reality TV. Her predecessors include Paris Hilton, Ashlee Simpson, Britney Spears, Ozzy Osbourne and his family, and exes Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown.

TLC said this week it has also made a deal with Kelly Ripaand her husband, actor Mark Consuelos, that gives the network the first dibs on unscripted projects the couple could develop under their production company Milojo Prods.

Ripa, 37, the perky co-host of “Live With Regis and Kelly,” will also host an upcoming series for TLC.

After Lopez made an appearance on MTV’s “Total Request Live” on October 8 to promote her new CD, “Brave,” cohost Damien Fahey told Us that her condition was obvious.
“I’ve been around a lot of pregnant women. She walked around like a pregnant woman, sat like a pregnant woman, and stood like a pregnant woman,” he says. “If I were a betting man, I’d definitely bet she was pregnant.”Indeed, Us has confirmed from multiple sources that Lopez is about four months pregnant with her first child. Hayden Panettiere is back on the market. The Heroes hottie and her boyfriend of one year, Laguna Beach alum Stephen Colletti have gone their separate ways. But the actress (who spent the end of August promoting Heroes in Europe) seems to have moved on. When asked, “Where’s Stephen?” at the MTV VMAs on Sunday, she furrowed her brow and replied, “I don’t know. In California?” A source says of the split, “Their breakup has been a long time coming.” But that doesn’t mean there’s any bad blood between the former pair. “We are still very close friends and talk to each other frequently. We appreciate and support each other’s careers,” said Panettiere.

Her return appearance at the MTV VMAs left Britney Spears’s comeback up in the air. But the popstar seems intent on putting to rest her custody issues with her ex, Kevin Federline. Spears attended an unscheduled meeting with Federline and his attorney yesterday. The exes arrived separately to the Century City offices of Spears’s attorney. The meeting fell on son Jayden’s first birthday and five days before they are due to face each other before a family court judge on Monday. The meeting was Spears’s idea, according to a source close to her. “Britney asked for [the meeting]. She wants to put an end to this public debacle,” says the Spears source. “However, Kevin [has] refused. He needs more money so he’s determined to win this.” Court documents released August 30 show that Spears’s income is $737, 868 a month and that Federline receives $20,000 a month in spousal support but has no “net income after business expenses.” A source close to Federline confirmed the meeting, but said that Federline was not drawing the process out due to financial self-interest. “He’s not going for additional child support in the court papers that were filed. It’s not about the money.” When asked if Spears was hoping to settle, the Federline source said, “She might settle, she’s got stage fright.”

Is Britney Spears considering another awards show performance just a week after her MTV VMA disaster? Yes, according to an Emmy Awards insider, who says Fox network brass were “in negotiations” with Spears’s camp as of yesterday afternoon to get her on this Sunday’s annual telecast. The source adds that while her appearance has not been confirmed, “the idea is to have her come on and apologize for the VMAs. She’s weighing the offer.” Though Spears has been keeping a low profile this week, a source says that at least some within her inner circle are receptive to the Emmy idea and are urging her to do it. However, another source close to the popstar says, “I can’t say this is 100 percent not true. All I can say is that the Emmy people aren’t dealing with her record company, her manager or agents at William Morris. So if she is doing anything for the Emmys then it’s not going through official channels.”

More fallout from Britney Spears’s disastrous performance at the MTV VMA Awards last weekend… The reason for her dowdy ‘do? She and famed hairdresser Ken Paves had “creative differences” backstage shortly before the popstar was scheduled to perform. One source reveals that Spears ended up doing her own hair abruptly after dismissing Paves (Jessica Simpson’s mane man) just 30 minutes before she took the stage. “Ken was in the middle of doing her hair, and she just said, ‘You’re really annoying me! Get out,’” says the source. Pave was more diplomatic, saying, “I did go to Las Vegas to work with Britney. However, once there, I made the professional decision not to do her hair for the VMAs.” Another backstage staffer explained, “There were creative differences with the hair guy and he left. That was stressful.” To top it off, Spears refused to use a fashion stylist and dressed herself.
