Lindsay Lohan’s Sex Scenes Anger Her Dad

September 17th, 2007

Lindsay Lohan’s father Michael is too scared to watch his daughter’s new movie - after storming out of a screening of her last film Georgia Rule when she appeared in a sex scene.

Estranged dad Michael can’t bear to watch the 21-year-old in love scenes and fears I Know Who Killed Me will leave him fleeing the movie theatre in tears.

He tells In Touch magazine, “I go to every one of her movies. I had to leave Georgia Rule - during a couple of scenes I ran out of the theater.

“I don’t want to see her in a sexual context; even if she’s acting, she’s my daughter first. And I Know Who Loved Me (sic) - I don’t even know if I’ll go to see that. If someone goes, and warns me ahead of time, ‘Michael, get out of the theater - something’s coming up,’ then I will.”

Liz Hurley dropped as face of jeans giant Jordache

May 24th, 2007

Liz Hurley British beauty Elizabeth Hurley has been dropped as the face of American clothing company Jordache.

And, to add insult to injury, Jordache has signed on German supermodel Heidi Klum as their new face instead.

Hurley had signed on for the company just last year.

Klum shot a new advertising campaign for the jeans line last week with Rush Hour director Brett Ratner behind the camera.

This is the second contract that the Brit beauty has lost.

She was dropped as the face of fashion label Monsoon in late March for someone younger.

Hurley had signed a six-month deal worth a million pounds with Monsoon, but with half of the period over, the company decided not to renew her contract in June thanks to poor sales that dominated the firm’s accounts, despite their “Create A Storm” ad campaign.

Jessica plays Susan Storm, who has the power to turn invisible, in the 2005 superhero film, based on the Marvel Comics comic, Fantastic Four.

“I have a booty and big hips so the suit is made to allow for that. It’s like a second skin and looks like it too!” The Sun quoted Alba, as saying.

Meanwhile Alba will join a leading group of glamorous women such as Halle Berry, Eva Mendes and Sheryl Crow as the new face cosmetic giant Revlon.

The American cosmetic brand has contracted the ‘Sin City’ star for five million dollars for the first campaign.

Kate hit by ice cube at club

April 16th, 2007

Kate Moss pic Kate Moss is not having a good week. After having her new clothing range slammed in the US, she was hit on the head by a flying ice cube on Saturday night, making her storm out of one London club.

The 33-year-old supermodel was in the Wardour Club in London’s Soho at the weekend partying with friends and waiting for fiancee Pete Doherty to get in, but after an altercation with bouncers he was sent to the back of the queue, despite being due to perform.

Kate was not happy and raged at the door staff, but a source told the Mirror: “They said because he’d been rude to them he’d have to wait his turn. They told her no amount of pleading would make any difference. It was really embarrassing.”

A sulking Kate then got involved in a drunken ice cube-throwing incident in the club with rockers KASABIAN, who were DJing at the event, hurling a cube at the model’s head.

This was the last straw for Kate, who then donned a bowler hat to cover the emerging bump and stormed out the back door to join Pete, who was waiting in a car, the paper reports.

Meanwhile, her clothing line has not gone down well in the US. (Contactmusic)
